Come to Practice Prepared:
  • Water battle 
  • Good running shoes
  • Proper running clothes
  • A mat for core exercises
  • A Towel
Getting Ready for the Workout:
  • Eat something small no later than 1 hour before training.
  • Get a good night's sleep before coming to practice.
  • Hydrate before, during, and after the workout!
Cost:
 June 10th weeks -- (per week)
For those who will be traveling in the middle of training session, Athletes will get a written workout for the days they are gone.

Athletes that are not able to make full commitment to the camp but still want to participate can pay at a prorated price.
