Come to Practice Prepared:
  • Water battle 
  • Good running shoes
  • Proper running clothes
  • A mat for core exercises
  • A Towel
Getting Ready for the Workout:
  • Eat something small no later than 1 hour before training.
  • Get a good night's sleep before coming to practice.
  • Hydrate before, during, and after the workout!
Cost:
 For 10 weeks.
Those who will be traveling in the middle of training sessions. Athletes are required to notify coach to get a written workout for the days they are gone.

This camp is planned to benefit your cross country year 2023. We have already prorated the price. I highly recommend you complete the training unless there are unavoidable circumstances.
